Adrian finished his undergraduate studies at Lancaster University with a BSc (Hons) in Information and Communication Systems in July 2013. During his academic studies, he showed a keen interest in mobile application development having worked with the Knowledge Business Centre in InfoLab21 for the last two years as a Technical Consultant delivering high quality products both on mobile and web platforms.
In October 2013, he joined The Creative Exchange anf he's currently studying the intersection between The Internet of Things (The IoT) and The Digital Public Space especially how the emergence of the IoT and connected objects will shift and change our current perception of the Digital Public Space. The up-to-date definition of the Digital Public Space is that it is almost a separate digital world in which we have all this information in archives, whereas The Internet of Things is breaking that idea of The Internet as a virtual space and bringing it into the real world. What will happen to The Digital Public Space, and our current perception of what it is, when these devices start being used more actively and in different ways than just the simple toys people perceive them to be? How could The Internet of Things bring ideas of legibility, tangibility and physicality to the current notion of Digital Public Space?
He is also interested in game design theories and how digital games could be interconnected with the physicality of the surrounding world.
